Russell is an Associate Director of Pattisons,
Business Advisors and Insolvency Specialists and has more than 7
years experience as a specialist insolvency accountant working on
both corporate and personal insolvency matters.
Russell has extensive experience within many industries,
including construction engineering, building, superannuation, manufacturing,
tourism, hospitality, insurance, investment products, rural management
and real estate.
Prior to joining Pattisons, Russell spent over
20 years in the administration and enforcement of Company Law at
both State and Federal level, being employed by Corporate Affairs
Victoria and the Australian Securities Commission (now ASIC).

• Malcolm Howell – Associate
Director is who you should contact if you require assistance with
the conduct of investigations, business advice, preparation of reports…
…or general administration of both corporate
& personal insolvency matters!
Malcolm is an Associate Director of Pattisons,
Business Advisors and Insolvency Specialists. He has been employed
by Pattisons since February 1998 and has over 20 years experience
in corporate and personal investigations.
Prior to joining Pattisons, Malcolm was employed
by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission for almost
12 years. Throughout this period, he was seconded to work on other
external projects including the Royal Commission into the Tricontinental
Group of Companies and the establishment of the Melbourne Casino
with the Victorian Casino and Gaming Authority. As a director of
a private company, Malcolm has also been actively involved in the
conduct of probity investigations services to a number of State
and Local Government agencies.
Malcolm has significant experience in the conduct
of investigations and preparation of briefs of evidence relating
to breaches of the Law including the Corporations Law, State and
Federal Crimes Acts and the Casino Control Act 1991. Malcolm has
extensive experience in the conduct of corporate administrations
including Aboriginal Co-operatives and building related matters.
At Pattisons he is also involved with the conduct of forensic accounting
matters.
Qualifications:
- Associate Diploma of Business Studies (Accounting)
- Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors
- Graduate of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia
